A graduate from the University of Paris-I (Panthéon-Sorbonne), Arlette defended her doctoral thesis on the law of aviation safety in Central Africa. She is an attorney at the Paris Bar, a Lecturer at Yaoundé 2 University in Cameroon as well as a Temporary Teaching Assistant and Research Associate in Paris VIII University (Vincennes-Saint-Denis).
Jean-Roger Mba Ezome
Jean-Roger is the former Deputy Director General of the National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC) of Gabon. He is currently a consultant at his travel consulting and air transport management company.

Jacqueline is a graduate from the University of Paris-Saclay where she obtained a Master’s degree in Air, Space & Telecommunications Law. She is currently an In-house Legal Counsel specialized in new technologies contracts with an emphasis on IT, data, and telecommunications law.
Awe O. Oluwanifemi
‘Nifemi is currently an LL.M Candidate in the Institute of Air and Space Law at McGill University, Canada. She is a lawyer licensed to practice law in Nigeria, and In-House Counsel at the Lagos Court of Arbitration (on study leave). She is also the Project Assistant : Legal Initiatives, on the Space Advisory Project of Arizona State University’s Interplanetary Initiative.

Roméo is the Director of Air Transport at the National Agency of Civil Aviation in Congo-Brazzaville. He is a graduate of the Institute for University Training and Research in Air Transport (IFURTA) at the University of Aix-Marseille and defended his doctoral thesis on “The evolution of the legal nature of the annexes to the Convention on International Civil Aviation for African States”.

Nqulelwa is a commercial airline Pilot, Drone Pilot & Candidate Attorney based in Johannesburg, South Africa. She graduated with a Law degree from the University of the Witwatersrand and qualified as a commercial pilot in 2013.
As a legal practitioner, she has years of experience in human rights work and anti-human trafficking activism as well as IP and Media Law. As a volunteer at AADAS, she contributes greatly to the association’s goal of raising awareness about aviation and aerospace law in Africa and supporting young African aerospace enthusiasts and professionals.
Naa Adoley Azu
Naa Adoley Azu is currently the Director for Compliance and Alternative Dispute Resolution at the Indiana Civil Rights Commission. Prior to this role, Ms. Azu served as a High Court Judge for the Republic of Ghana, worked with Cummins Inc. USA and the Ghana Civil Aviation Authority. Adoley holds an LLM from McGill University’s Institute of Air & Space Law, an LLM from Northwestern University’s Pritzker School of Law, and a Certificate in Management and Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management..
